The detail information of assembly unit:
1.track:material is 6063 - T6 alumina, not easy deformation, using to hang the movable wall panel.
2.Double horizontal hanging wheel: roller is made of PA (nylon), bearing is 6304-2 rs texture, screw is made of 45 quenched and tempered steel, wire tooth specifications M16 (teeth), hanging movable the wall panel.
3.Hanging wheel seat: material is A3 steel, connected the double horizontal hanging wheel with the movable wall panel.
4. edge strip：Material is anodic aluminum, for sealing movable wall panel with the ground, the clearance of smallpox, ACTS as sound insulation and fixed the panel.
5.Sealing strip: material PVC + poly vinyl importance, the tensile strength of 8.15 MPA, tear strength 30 kn/M, the surface color is black, can seal, seal of light, and buffer action.
6.MGO board: Can be moisture, can let nails, crash-proof, good fire retardant, suitable for making substrates (bottom)
