Description
Rockwool Lightly Resin Bonded Slabs are advanced insulation materials crafted from fine stone fibers spun from selected rocks melted at extremely high temperatures. These fibers are bonded with minimal thermosetting resin and reinforced with wire-mesh stitching to enhance durability and performance. The slabs’ unique fiber distribution, precise fiber diameters, and uniform bulk density provide exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation, making them ideal for high-performance applications. Lightweight, resilient, and versatile, they are easy to handle, transport, and cut to fit complex shapes. With a fire rating of Class O, they withstand temperatures up to 750°C, meeting the demands of both residential and industrial environments. These slabs offer technical specifications including densities of 70-160 kg/m³, thicknesses from 50mm to 100mm, standard dimensions of 1220mm x 1640mm or 1220mm x 1520mm to 4000mm, and a thermal conductivity (K-Value) of 0.037 W/mK at a mean temperature of 50°C.
