VINCO damping sound insulation panel is made of different densities of inorganic materials, combined with damping glue, which is a high pressure composite sandwich structure to form a damping constraint structure to change resonance frequency of original materials. Metal damping sound insulation board front and back adapt the different density and thickness inorganic material. The core layer is the soft polymer damping materials free glue high-pressure composite molding.

Installtion

Wall Installation

(1) Clear up the wall or ceiling and install the spring hook, about 2 pcs/square. One side of the hook connect to ceiling, and the other side connect to light steel keel. The gap between the keels is 600mm. Try to avoid rigid contact, by bundling mass loaded vinyl to the keel internal.

(2) Filled with environmental sound-absorbing glass wool among the keels;

(3) Pave insulation blanket, and then the damping insulation board;

(4) Sealing the gaps among the insulation boards and between the board and floor with the special construction sealants.
